went to do the grocery … as usual kruisstraat was busy with people .. people with a big bag full of groceries … some old people sat in the café, enjoying the beer and the nice weather … …. always nice to walk there on the saturday afternoon with carrie underwood’s songs in my ears …. turned left to bruno, looked for marlboro menthol light …. reminded me of the first time I smoked menthol lights …. it was my best friend who likes it so much …. unfortunately I couldn’t found it, so regular light is fine …. went straight to the atm …. needed to withdraw some cash, just to find out that I have spent too much this month (but well …. it was worthwhile.. hueheheheheh) …..
turned right to the asian store, was craving for some tempe or other asiatic taste ….. after all those european taste and kfc (customer of the week perhaps??) for the whole week, I am deserved it …. a person said ‘hallo’ on my way eventough I didn’t remember him (and seriously … I had like 6 persons said ‘hi’ or ‘hello’ at my building .. but I still cannot remember where did I met them … ) …. spent few minutes at AH, then I moved my steps to the open market … my favorite place .. love the atmosphere, always reminds me of pasar baru (new market) in bandung (eventough it is much cleaner here) … used to go there, to drive mom to buy a fresh stock on early in the morning (sometimes my mom even dragged me straight from the bed to the driver seat .. hehehehehe …) .. the smell of fresh meat reminds me of the butcher where my mom used to visit … the smell of fruit and vegetables reminds me of the old Chinese lady who my mom used to go (even I like the smell .. never fancy of any kind of vegetables … huehehehehehehe) … miss my mom .. a lot …..
walked a bit, found clothes retailer with big price tags for big price cut (very suitable for the dutch … huehehehehehehehe), the butchers were shouting and competing each other for lower price with more commodities to offer … in the corner, a shop sold cheap bicycle parts (my favorite spot) ….. was looking for the cleaner for the chain of my bike, but somehow I couldn’t found it … took another round and found a shop selling rings … I was thinking to buy a new ring for my index finger, since I lost it somewhere (probably in koeln, but I couldn’t remember) … but yeah, probably it wasn't my lucky day, I couldn’t found some stuffs that I need …. but well, it was not disappointing ….. I just simply try next week .. maybe I will find the things I need … or maybe a week after …. … but it is another story .. for another time …..
ps. i know there is no relation between the writing and the video ... but well ... who cares .... hehehehehehe
