On the ... winter escape

Had a short escape from EHV... the original idea was to escape from the cold and the snow that just reached this city, but somehow it was backfiring to me .... short story: the place that i visited was even freakin colder .... it was between -5 to -15 there while it was only -2 here .... but still, it was a fun trip ... be able to see different part of this continent is a great bless, even it was way below the freezing temperature ..... I went to Krakow, an old polish city ...... the city itself is rather OK, it has a different atmosphere compared to the typical western european city (and they have a big mall which open until late night ...surprisingly ....) .... but the preparation for the new year celebration really ruined the  market square,  because the construction of the ugly big stage occupied much space in the square, blocked the view of the cloth hall and the tower's entrance .... a bit disappointing .... luckily, the other places are not disappointing .... was in Auschwitz-Birkenau ... and Wieliczka salt mine is very impressive (never in my life i've been in 130 m below the surface ... seriously ....) ... It was a great escape, even it doesn't mean I am behaving wisely (yeah, kind of dragged into the  old and weird situation...) ... but well, great place, good hotel, rubish weather, I assume they are  the main ingredients of what I called great winter escape ... was really refreshing ....

not to disrespect the place where the photos are taken, but i just simply like these two photos ... that's why i put them here .... so please, if someone find them in this blog, please don't make it a big deal ... they are just a nice photos with a nice composition (again, thanks to the american that i met there ...)
