yeah, I know sometimes I sounds very secular finding my peace in some music lyrics or stuff like that ... but ... something that always reminds me .. how can you become the salt of the world if you don't know the world where you life in? Sometimes, I don't really like Christian song because it sounds very fake, and cannot really touch you ... not really honest and the message is like some writings in the air... yeah, I know it is not always the case ..... but well, not to discuss that, I don't understand why it pops up ... anyway, here is the song .... I like the sound of baritone sax here... long time haven't seen or hear that instrument .....
My own little bubbles
Sometimes I wish I could take a day off and stay alone in bed
As I light up one of my vanilla flavoured cigarettes
And then I think of how my mum’s forehead wrinkles when she’s mad
If I stay here I’ll so be dead
How does it feel to get across the border?
I ask myself what has the world to offer?
I don’t get surprised and nothing’s new in life
I am stuck inside my own little bubble
I don’t get surprised and nothing’s new in life
I am gonna leave my own little bubble
So I stepped inside a dirty man’s car to search for excitement
Down south is where I wane go yeah I’ll drive and read the map
“Miss, it ain’t save for you to travel alone” is what he said
Do I look like I care ‘bout that?
How does it feel to get across the border?
I ask myself what has the world to offer?
I don’t get surprised and nothing’s new in life
I am stuck inside my own little bubble
I don’t get surprised and nothing’s new in life
I am gonna leave my own little bubble
My own little bubble…
My own little bubble…
I don’t get surprised and nothing’s new in life
I am stuck inside my own little bubble
I don’t get surprised and nothing’s new in life
I am gonna leave my own little bubble
